Authorized Sales Representatives are formally approved in writing by Diamond Defense, LLC and serve as trusted customer-facing members of the coordinated project team. Representative authorization may be confirmed directly through the Diamond Defense corporate office.
Representatives receive product education and ongoing corporate support so they can guide early discussions and coordinate project information accurately.
Assessment professionals are selected from active or retired law enforcement, military communities, and senior-level security fields. Their experience strengthens the coordinated assessment process led by Diamond Defense.

When a BABS project incorporates 3M Safety & Security Window Film, an appropriately authorized independent 3M installer performs the approved film and attachment-system scope. The sales representative helps coordinate the customer relationship, the 3M installer contributes specialized product installation, and Diamond Defense retains responsibility for BABS engineering, manufacturing, corporate installation, documentation, and warranty registration.

Diamond Defense may add Authorized Sales Representatives in selected regions as customer needs and project activity grow. Expansion is evaluated carefully to maintain consistent communication, technical accuracy, and corporate oversight.
