When you submit a website inquiry, we receive the contact details and message you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive facility plans, access procedures, protected-location details, or other security-critical information through the website.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to requests, evaluate potential projects, coordinate technical support, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information.

Website operations and analytics

Our hosting provider and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security, reliability, and aggregate traffic measurement. Diamond Defense does not use session-replay or heat-map tools intended to record detailed visitor behavior.

Information control

Project-specific documents are provided directly to verified stakeholders when appropriate. Public website content intentionally omits client locations, security configurations, proprietary construction details, and protected-facility information.
